    Great day with Trev at singletrack mind! Nowhere near contenders, but gradually building up pace, racecraft, and stamina.

    Morning BMX at Skate Park behind Canberra Centre. I am still totally too wussy for anything involving serious air, but had heaps of fun doing little jumps and practicing bunny hops and manualling.
