    Warmed up and then water jogged at a continuous pace for 30 minutes. Added a few surges. Actually swam a little bit after the 30 minutes and then cooked down.

    Unfortunately I am going to have to stop running, but am determined to keep moving. Walked 2.5 miles with Lilly at Lindsay Park, and then walked 2 miles that evening and again te following morning.

      Sorry to hear that. You are a trooper to stay active despite the aches and pains of pregnancy. It will all be worth it when you meet that little guy but I know it is frustrating now.

      Thanks Wheels. Kind of a pride thing too- I wanted to be able to run even farther into my pregnancy, but the pain after running on Monday just wasn't worth it. I'll keep at it though!

      I know what you mean about the pride thing. That's the way I felt when I hurt my hip while pregnant. I wanted to be that lady that was able to run all the way through my pregnancy, but I guess we just have to listen to our bodies. Of course you know, the babe is the most important thing and there will be plenty of running days after he arrives! :)

    Did form drills and then walked 2 miles of the course with Lilly. The form drills really helped me feel more loose. I am glad we are going to start doing them more regularly this season!
