    I got a gash under my arch on Saturday. That what happens when lunging for a ball in the lake and landing on a sharp rock. I was hoping to run in the morning but not sure it's ready yet.

    I felt strong running this morning so it was a good run. Quicker pace than usual also. Sunny and 50 degrees, beautiful, dry, crisp morning. Picked up a golf ball as a bonus.
