    Slow morning run along the Irving Rd. by the golf course. 55 degrees made for a comfortable run. Partly sunny but the mornings are taking longer to lighten up. Glad to get in the miles.

    A bit slow this morning but it's freaking humid outside. 68 degrees with 95% humidity. Good way to end the work week.
