    Plan called for easy 12, but had to let the nanny off, so 7 it was. HR stayed low, pace was strong. Not all bad!

    That went unexpectedly well. Plan called for 20... I set the expectation bar low, but got out the door. Cool weather, slow pace to start, and extra nutrition = great run. Happy surprise long run!
