  4. I've been cleaning and lifting all around the house so I haven't had enough time to do much of anything besides core/squats and walking around in soho for 4 hours. see if i can run tomorrow.

    Pretty Good. Pollen was out so allergies could have flared up, but didn't. Around the 2 mi mark I ran past the sound at sunset. So Beautiful. Will run again. Worked well with interval training.
