    Nice short, easy ride. Felt good behind yesterday's 17-miler. Setting goal of 50 cycling miles per week minimum with at least one long ride per week. Off to a decent start so far.

    VERY nice spin!!! Set a new PR for distance. Slowly working up to a consistent 17 mph pace. Day 4 of PT and it's working well; heart rate improving. ;-)

    Sweet spin! especially after being off for 4 days straight. Not a new PR, but definitely on pace. Didn't lose much in 4 days. Nice way to close out the month. Next up: Yoga! ;-)

    Weight Training - Gym. Another awesome workout! 12 machines (6 upper/6 lower); 2 sets of 10 reps each; back machine, 2 sets of 25. Increased weights. Scheduled for 3 days per week' day 1 of 3.

    Pulled out my yoga mat again this evening. Very nice session! Even better than last time and I went nearly twice as long.Definitely feeling my core getting stronger each week. Lovin' my yoga!
