  1. Have not been on here in over a year. Just checking to see if my Garmin will sync up with Dailymile these days. Not sure yet. Doesn't seem to have picked up today's race though. Sigh.

      Top of my foot, ankle, arch. Not sure. I may need to visit the Wash U clinic.
