      Glad to hear you've been keeping up with it. Actually, I just got over a mild glute tear and then came down with flu. But things are coming together quickly again, so I'm very optimistic right now. Looking forward to seeing you crush some races this year.

      Thx Drake! With daylight savings, all I can pretty much do is trainer rides & I hate that they don't equal the real distance a 40 minute ride would be but I've learned to accept it :) I go by time, not distance on my trainer because of it
