2 mile warmup then 2 minute surges @7:30 pace every mile (X8). Ran easy at the end to finish out 10 miles. The surges felt harder than I would have liked today but I'm chalking it up to taking four days off to eat and drink my way through New York City. :) At least we walked everywhere? Oh and this kicks off my training for Wisconsin Marathon.
