great 5am YMCA Spinning with Friends 30 mi 02:00 04:00 pace

5am YMCA Spinning with and without friends. A group of us get together on Mondays to spin together. Amanda led us until 545 when she had to go to work. lost 3 others as well and 3 of us rode on. A little AC/DC to motivate us and we rode on and lost another spinner at 6 and the other spinner left at 630 so that left me to spin alone. Switched over to some Disturbed to push me on till 7am. Nice sweaty session.
