5am YMCA Body sculpting with Beth, another awesome class!! Today's equipment; platform with 2 risers per side, body bar (27lber), medicine ball (10lber), black rubber surgical tubing with plastic handles and us!! Beth had us moving right at 5am and did not let up till after stretching and abs at the end. worked arms, chest, tris, lunges, push ups on the medicine ball and on the platform and on the body bar on the platform. cardio was like a jumping jack throwing the medicine ball in the air and kicking the legs out like a jumping jack catching the ball and repeating, some side to side running and putting the ball down picking it back up. lots more but great sweat session.
