    ruck run - was pleasantly surprised that I managed it considering the longest run I've done in over a year was 4.5 miles and I've only run a hand full of times this year

    Ruck run. Longest run in a year and it didn't kill me but it did such.. Not quite as bad as starting from scratch but pretty darn close ...

    haven't worn my ruck on the bike since April 2012, have only ridden twice in 15 months so was pleasantly surprised at how good I felt. Didn't set any speed records but felt great

    added single leg press back into my leg routine. Good thing I reduced my total sets by 4 or i'd really be crippled today.. holy soreness, batman !!

    Decide to sneak in a quick 3 in boots with my ruck AFTER work and all of my errands. Note to self ... better get used to it, it's only going to get hotter and the gear is only going to increase !

    100 ruck pushups supersetted with 8 set of back! Figured out the key to a good, strong resistance day is no cardio the day before !! Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaawr!!

    brick with ruck ... Hit a high speed of 7.32 mm and crushed the run. Kept having to slow myself down so as not to bonk !! Felt awesome for my first brick in over a year and 1/2

    Trying to get used to a new neighborhood and finding new routes. Couldn't quite get into a good rythm so decided to do a brick so the training session wasn't a total loss

    Weak after two days of ruck runs. Have to get the physiology back used to lifting with endurance training mixed in
