    After a slow w/u mile I did ok. Running about 30sec slower than normal which is ok for summer!

    Ran at Lake Johnson plus the extra trail for an easy morning run. Temps in the 70s and less humid, haven't done these hills in awhile!

    Trying to ride further each week. We rode about 26.5 miles and when we got back to the car I wanted to do a cooldown and make it 30. Felt great, just chilly to start but once we got going I was ok.
