    Looks like 4 miles is the magic morning run so far on DM!
    My legs felt better today than I expected after yesterday. This morning was a nice run/tug of war with the dog.

      Sometimes I think I get as much of an upper body workout running with my dog as I do on the bottom. Nice run!

    I seemed to take quite a while to warm up today, but the end of my run was nice. My last 3 miles were: 8:50, 8:20, and 8:00. Today, I also realized just how hilly my neighborhood is!!!

    Whoa! My body is tired. Just ran a super easy 3 around my neighborhood. My legs are angry at me. I think I will rest them for the remainder of the day.
