Wasn't even on my second exercise when a trainer at the gym offered me feedback. I know some people like that, but to me it's a little "vulture-y." If I want a trainer, I will ask for one. Thanks. How do yall feel about that?

    It would seem obvious that you don't need a trainer! Great workout! To me, it all depends on their approach. I had one ask me if he could give me feedback on a specific exercise, and it was great information, then he left. Not selling - just helpful, and I appreciated it.

    Yea, that's true Rose! I guess what was "vulture-y" about this was that I was on the third rep in my set and he interrupted me. Not cool and not very safe.
