      Thanks Anne, I made an apt today but cant get in til April 13th!!!! So they put me on their cancellation list so maybe I get in sooner.

    Got some hill work in today. Lack of sleep didnt help the pace but all that matters is I got it done. Always like the challenge of the Trail of Tears park roads. Happy running everybody
