    Trail is still got alot of snow and ice so I ran near the trail on roads that had some rolling easy hills. Good and cold 20 degree run. Happy running everybody

    Felt good to get out and run but most part of the trail in Cape are covered in snow so I had to slow it down and be careful not to slip around too much. No matter what it was a good run.

      A few of us ran yesterday on the trail, and coming back we were definitely running against the wind. It was great to be out in the nice weather though.
