I didn't think I really had much today but I decided I needed 90 minutes on the trainer. With the rain and heavy dampness, it's very humid. This turned into a real sweat-fest from the start! I was tempted to put on dry clothes after 60 minutes, but I figured I only had 30 minutes more to ride. Bad decision. I ended up with some good chafing where my soggy shorts were rubbing with each pedal stroke. No biggie, but the whole thing could have been avoided with some dry clothes.
I started off a bit slow as this just didn't feel like it was time to spin. But the longer I rode, the better I felt. I ended up doing some short, all-out sprints near the end. That really got the HR going!! It turned out to be a fun ride. Even on the trainer! :-)
