    After my run, Christine arrived at the Rec Center and we did some easy miles on the Rec Center track.

    Did 30/30 HIIT at 7.5 and 8.5-8.9 mph on the Rec Center treadmill, getting a little over 2 miles in 15 minutes. Then I jogged at 6.5 mph and walked to finish out my workout.
