    Hit the streets for the whole thing instead of the stadium because I had to be fed and showered and halfway across the county by 9 a.m.

    Today was 25 minutes at home and then 50 straight minutes of Katy Perry, thanks to the lovely Susie F. Did kettle bell protocol for 15 minutes between the two. Made for a good start to Friday.
