    Heavy weights and plyo movements were the name of the game today in a modified BBG week 21 legs.

    Easy recovery ride.

    Ran five miles on extra-soft river trails and then walked a mile on the levee with Nicole before stretching for 20 minutes. The IT band didn't hurt, so I think this was a good call.
