      That's big a huge factor in me getting back into shape. Jarrod mowed (and keeps mowed) a 1/4 mile path on our land, and I run that. Otherwise, there'd be no way to fit it in!

      Is Sore to the Core from the same BBG lady? I keep reading these posts and remembering I promised myself I'd work more on core stuff for the summer/marathon training. You always get it done, so thanks for keeping me honest!

      Nope, Sore to the Core is a different Instagram lady. She doesn't have the fitness background of BBG's Kayla, but her Instagram workouts are short, HIIT and good, so I checked out her ebook when it was on sale recently. She has some good free ab (and everything else) workouts on her Insta account, if you want to try one:
