    Good stuff. Going to do a gentle lunchtime run because it seems like it might rain during all my normal run times this weekend. Might get in abs or arms tonight.

      One of these days I'm going to get you to RydeBarre! I know your commute means you have to leave earlier, though. The weekend mornings are looking rainy - hope it ends earlier than predicted tomorrow so I can get in my long run.
