      Glad you joined the fun! That 65/75 drill with the bursts is my current favorite - tough stuff.

      It was super tough! I really love how you target RPMs because it makes it so much more precise than the old spinning classes I would take. It was so hard then to know if I was doing what I needed to do! This is much easier to get right.
