      You are getting awfully close to a full year! What do you think of the program?

      Ha, yeah, I am close! I actually have been doing it since last April (so more than 35 weeks). I really do like it. I prefer working out with Whitney, but this program has been helpful in that I can do it anytime and the mix of weighted and plyo moves always accounts for a good home workout.
