    At least the distance is increasing every swim. My back was sore once I got done.

    I felt good until the last 50. Then the back started up. Well I have improved each week. I am excited.

    I felt good until the end when I demo'd the underwater push off from the wall. Then my back really felt bad. I think I had over done it. That ended it for me tonight.

    I went with Janet and Tiara. after my swim. The last little bit my back was hurting. It could of been Tiara started pulling near the end. She was done. Great weather for a brisk walk.

    swam great. Used fins instead of kick board. Things were good. My back is healing. I did feel some tightness in the shoulder so I need to not push it.
