      Go see Wonder Toots as soon as possible. Sciatic nerve is a total pain and will not just disappear on its own.

      For sure you face the universal question how much is enough? I just know that there is some wiggle room with preparation - which generally means a little less is a little better. The tendon is the best news and maybe the best indicator that the plan is working.
