      Thank you, Larry! I think so, too. Church of the Sunday Long Run, though I'll take Church of the Sunday *Any* Run about now. :-) You'll be happy to know, Helen, that I woke up this morning, and while tempted, some stiffness in the knee reminded me to go do a cross training workout instead! LOL! I feel much better now. It's raining, and I have to pick up my CSA box at work today, so no biking, but the workout felt good. :-)
