    This run was probably my slowest run ever. Bad run, the high humidity zapped all my energy and after 8.5K each step was a struggle...

  10. Just downloaded the "First companion IPhone app" (Run less, run faster) - it's great. You enter your 5k pace, event distance and date and it will give you your RLRF training program

    Legs a little tired from yesterday's "long" run so decided to take my road bike out for first ride this year.

  12. Highlight of today's run: spotting GKVK's resident fox and a huge snake sunbathing on the trail. Oh and the ever happy sunflowers!

      wow! looks like I missed the fun.... where was the snake? would have loved to bring my son. his only complaint with gkvk has been 'not enough wild animals'....

      Thanks, guys. @Abhijeet: I am so slow these days, so yes, he runs the whole distance. He used to do distance of up to 25k in the "good old days" (when a HM was just another Saturday run)

  14. Had hoped to do a long run today. Instead, my bed was way too comfortable this I wish I had the willpower to go for my run - I'd be feeling a whole lot better.

  15. Wishing those of you heading to Auroville for the marathon on Sunday all the best. Enjoy! I for one will be missing their pizza more than the running :)
