Free class from yogatoday. Anusara style, pretty basic, slow moving, gentle poses. Everything was going along fine until I kicked up into headstand and went right over - oomph onto my back and into the furniture. I've never done that before! Duh, maybe because I usually practice headstand somewhere near a wall? : / Anyway, headstand was by far the most advanced pose in the class.
