    I ran a mile without any walking. And it was on a treadmill too. I feel pretty good about that. It is slowly coming back. And this was after 25 min on the elliptical.

    This was so incredibly rough. My legs and ankle were sore. But the worst was the 90% humidity. I walked a lot of this. Running is still very hard but I got the 5 miles in.

    This was done prior to the strength workout as a warm up. Gradually bumped up the incline until I hit an incline of 13.0 Then kept it at that for the last 5 min. Was a great warm up.

    Incline set to 15.0 and just plugged my headphones in and worked off some steam. Also worked up a great sweat. I really love incline walking.

      So sorry you are toooo warm Jorie we are 5degC (41F) at the moment with a Top of 9C (48.2F) Tomorrow. Send some warmth over to me please snow is falling in the snow fields. Glad you got out for the workout Nice one..

    Worked with kettle bells. Squats, lunges, shoulder press, core work, some cardio in between to keep the heart rate up. And good stretching after. Today felt great.

    Very hot and humid today which is a very welcome change of weather. This was a very nice walk with lots of stops since I went walking with my niece who is soon to turn 5. Caught a frog too.

      Heading into summer so yes I have to talk about hot and humid. But luckily I don't have too many really hot and humid days. :)

      They are getting better but still a little stiff today. Link below is for the stick. It is for massaging out the muscles. Like a foam roller but more portable.

    My hamstrings are very tight and sore from Tuesday's strength workout so this was just to hopefully help loosen them up.

  17. I hope running comes back fast...and weight loss too...I will run the storming the bastille run in July and I am shooting on building up to a half marathon at the end of August.

    alright MIsc body weight exercises 01:00

    Lunges, Squats, High knees, step ups, leg lifts, lots of core work, pushups, some work with medicine ball. Muscles were pretty tight so it also included a lot of stretching.

    Did random setting. Kept heart rate up in the 150's. Felt great.

      It is nice to be back. And a week of being a dud is just giving your body some much needed rest. On the other hand I have given my body way too many months of rest. It is difficult coming back but I will get there.
