      Thanks Matt, great to hear from you. No, I'm actually getting married in Sept and will be on the Honeymoon during the marathon this year. I'm just going to do the Summerfest half in July and probably the ToughMudder in Devil's Lake at the end of July.

    It's been such awful cold rainy weather around here lately it's been really tough to get outside and run. I found a small gap in between the rainfall to do a quick 3 miler.

    Very tired and sweaty, but it's a great workout. I need to eat and drink lots tonight to account for a 5 mile run and 90 minutes of yoga in the same day.
