    Three runs since I last posted on DM. 1st was 14:15, 2.05mi after a 30 set arms lift session. 2nd was 21:18 3.12mi. Third was 2.43mi in 17:38 after a 40 minute legs and arms lift session.

      I have 3 kids with Aug-Sep birthdays, too. It's tough, but kind of nice to have it all done at once! Great job sneaking in a few runs!
