      It's going really good Pat, thanks! I'm so glad I had my surgery done and on both knees at the same time. Now, I'm just working on building myself back up again. :o)

      I once had someone, on another fitness board, criticize me for posting about a run on a Sunday for not being in Church. I did set him straight and one of the things I pointed out was that I spent a LOT of time talking to God while I was out on my runs. (Also, one does not have to be in a church to pray, nor does the fact that I'm out running at a given moment mean I did not attend church that week.)
