    Went out for a run but listened to my body and just walked. I think I needed more time to recover from last nights run. The walk was so refreshing and great weather!!

    Today the weather outside felt great! Ran went fairly well considering I am so sore. Glad I finally rolled out of bed because I sure didn't want to!

      Awwwwww that is so cool!! Shane wants to run a marathon with me (for my 40th birthday and he will be 16). A few years down the road but we will see if he does it or not. : )

      Thanks! I weighed this morning and already saw a negative so that made my day. Talking to my daughter about her running a half marathon and wanting to do it before she can drive also makes me so happy! I love how kids are so supportive and optimistic most of the time. I cannot wait for her to start training with me :)

    Whole body was a little sore from the punching bag yesterday so i walked a little more than I wanted but at least I got some miles in. Will do another workout tonight!! :)

      Pam: Atleast you DID get out of bed. I have no excuse... I had everything laid out neatly on my bathroom counter and the alarm set for 3:25am. I should have gotten up but I do not remember turning the alarm off to be honest. Soooooo.... my sorry butt will do the 10 tonight at a local park for a change of scenery. I need that these days.
