      Yup....plasma (the fluid bit) back to normal within 24 hrs but red blood cells take up to 3 mths

    2 days total lay off frm training to try n rid the fever and pharyngitis...its still bugging my life. Test run to see if i'd still be up for penang tri. Erm...shud b ok...i hope!

      Omg!! Sorry to hear that! That would've been a bad experience for anyone! Agree with Nik though, should've given him a kick since I heard you are a fast & strong breast-stroke swimmer, your kick would've KO-ed him!!
