  5. Got all bundled up and ran a couple of miles yesterday. My sunglasses iced up so I had to take them off. Very bright with all the snow.

    50+ People showed up this morning for the Resolution Run at the RunWell store in Edwardsville. After we had pancakes!

  8. Ran two miles and my calf strain is not fully healed. Had to walk home. Anyone know of any calf strain recovery methods? Rest doesn't seem to be working.

      I am going through the same thing. Going to the chiro has helped, he has done electrical stim on the calf, also massage helps. I would try ice, compression wrap, roller, running with compression socks...
