      nice workout this morning Nick. I think that if you aren't training for anything, just having a little base fitness is awesome. I hope to keep it up this winter when I'll probably not have a race coming up

    It was quite humid and muggy out this morning. I was tired, cranky and didn't want to run. But I did, and am happy I can put that three in the books.

      They are in the books! Good run this morning, despite not wanting to do it. I find that I almost always enjoy my runs after not wanting to do them either.

    First run in about three weeks. The heat and humidity were rough, especially at high noon. I now remember why I like running in the mornings during the summer!
