    That was my week. 40 mins of walking followed by 15 mins core, 55 min Zumba followed by 15 mins core and repeated all week.

      Some good yoga sessions will help you get through your hamstring injury. The power yoga will get your heart pumping and get you sweaty. What's nice is you can ease up on or modify certain poses until your hamstring is ready for more intensity. - Nice 45 minutes of heart pumping cardio today! Take special care!
