      never sick of hearing how a training plan is working wonders. :) i'm a firm believer in speed work to uh, gain speed. it seems to be working for me (in my own relative version of your incredible speed...). anyway. nice work!!

    Entering phase 3 of Daniels. This was 1.15k WU, 3x1200m (@ 3:37/km) w/700m R, and 1.15k CD.
    Each 1200m was: 3:33/km, 3:42/km, 3:39/km. An excellent workout. Thought a lot about Boston today.
