    Easy going ride with Doris. Breeze was great. Really enjoyed the slower pace.

    Pretty disappointed that I had to lose 4 miles on SAG. I should have just volunteered. I wasn't ready.

    I was a little sore from not having been on my bike in over a week. The social ride the night before wasn't enough prep. But rode with a great group, and had SAG support, so that was encouraging.

      social rides are no prep at all. they are just fun rides good for slow spin rides nothing more.

    blah Bike Masters Grenjano Loop 16.7 mi

    Felt very disappointed in myself. Started with a flat that I failed to notice, then my odometer wasn't working. Plus, I was tiring out quickly and often. Just felt very out of sync with my bike.
