    Back to the neighborhood 3+ loop in the max cushioned Altra Olympus. Legs (esp. Calves) a bit tired, but ran through it without stopping. No real knee issues still. First double digit week in months.

      I've just recovered from a knee injury myself - horrible feeling when you can't do the miles that you know the rest of your body is capable of. Nice miles!

    First run on street in months and felt good. The pace started pretty slow, but picked it up every mile. Legs and knee felt fine. We'll see in the morning.

    Out and back without stopping again. However, the legs felt dead on this one for the first time. Could be worn shoes, but the knee felt fine. I'll monitor this on the next run

      maybe the legs just have to get used to running again? knee is feeling good though!
