      Swimming was a weird excise during recovery. Now that I'm running again my heart/cardio is way out in front of my legs. I'll be pushing my self up a hill in the last mile of a long run and I'm hardly huffing and puffing.
      I still recommend mixing in some laps if you have the access to a pool.

    Beautiful day for a run. Mid 60s and light breeze. Tried to keep it just under a 10:00 mile and ended up 9:59. Felt nice and easy, but we'll see what the knee says tomorrow.

      Michael G. the 34.6 miles is a running club organized event along the entire length of the D&R canal towpath (or parts of it starting at designated "stops") We run together in various pace "trains" all hitting the final station at the same time for a post event BBQ. One of my favorite runs of the year!
