I'M BACK!!! Sorry everyone for such a long leap of absense! But I'm back with full force! I've stated the Couch to 5K workout plan, and today was alright. I could definatly tell that I need to get back in shape, i'll say that. Then after my scheduled workout I did 100 crunchs and called it a day. Next Workout; Wednesday. I'll update you all then! ...great to be back.
