This run went really really well...I also just want to clarify really quick to, i think i owe it to my supporters on this site, YouTube, Twitter & otherwise, that I have not been missing work-outs, i've just been really really lazy this week with posting all my workouts on DailyMile.com :*(, BUT my promise to you is from here on out i'll post EVERY work out till i reach my goal, and you can take THAT to the bank!

    Wow Mike! You are well on your way to that Beach Body, just keep it up. It's far more important to DO the workouts than to post them, so you are excused. :-)
