Are you stretching after your runs once your muscles are warmed up. That should certainly help the calves. Not sure what you can do about the shins though, unless just rest them.

I hope you are stretching after your long runs-that should help the calves anyway. NOt much you can do for the shins, except maybe rest them. Are you gettting enough Potassium (bananas, etc.?) Stomach cramps will probably go away with time and practice. Try not to eat a couple of hours before you go out.

Wow Mike! You are well on your way to that Beach Body, just keep it up. It's far more important to DO the workouts than to post them, so you are excused. :-)

Another fun video. Wonderful enthusiasm. I just wanted to mention that the website is called dailymile.com, not MyDailyMile.com. I tried that out and couldn't find the page. :)

Makes me thankful that I'm in better shape now than I was in Kindergarden through High School. I miss the 3am workouts at Gold's Gym I used to do. The one on College Ave before it moved/remodled and was 24 hours. It was my favorite spot in the world for a time. Running at night also seems to give the most stamina I think.
