    A nice little walk with my Lucy. We have had a million and 3 days of rain (at least in dog time) and Lucy has been stuck inside and the yard is all muddy. This walk was good for both of us.

      I wish I could get into yoga. And maybe I could if I had a simple Yoga dvd. However, the one I have is a Jillian Michaels yoga and it is hard!

    Gorilla app. 4 rounds - 8 squats, 4 lunges each leg, 10 modified pushups. When I saw this list of exercises I got a little cocky. Umm. I'm more out of shape and needing this more than I thought.

    It has been a nutty day. I needed this yoga. I'm very glad I dragged myself upstairs and did this yoga. My head is clearer and my shoulders are nor all bunched up with tension.
