Work Out #1 - C25K Wk 1, WO 1
As a part of my Muscular System Unit, my Bio II kids are running the C25K program. We started today! One girl is very serious about it and wanted me to stay with her, so I did. It was surprisingly EASY!! We went to the track which is nice and cushy. It was fun to be on the other side of things - instead of dying and sucking wind, I was coaching and encouraging. We will start week 2 on Monday....hope she is ready!

Work Out #2 - C25K Wk3, WO1
My homebound was canceled, so I threw my stinky clothes on from earlier and hit the trail to get my own C25K work out in. I have to do it when I can. I was totally nervous because I had to run a 3 minute stretch. It was tough but when I finished it I said "I did it.....whooo hoooo!" Outloud! I think that the trees were laughing at me. I ran into Jeff at the halfway point as a pleasant surprise - High Five! After the 2nd 3 minute stretch I felt great. When the run was over I was further into the woods than I wanted to be, so I ran out (bonus) and ran right into Vern - High Five! I walked back to my car proud a peacock.
I am also doing the May Ab and Squat challenges. Tonight was 20 crunches and 50 squats - check.
