    looking to do sub 60, doing well through 6.5, then slowed with some stomach issues, then had to stop. Oh well. Ran a decent race until then.

    After 60 on the bike course. Basically did it as a progression run, closing with a 5:54 mile. Got pretty dehydrated without any water, but felt way better than expected.

    Longest run in a while with Jon, Robert, Carl, and Sean and Jeff for the first 10. Very humid. Felt better than expected; finished strong.

    Just a very bad run. Pretty much quit 2.5 miles in and ran a 7:00 pace. Hotter than anything ever.
