      Good run, Megan. I think I remember you mentioning Galloway's training plan. Are you training for a certain race? Maybe you already said it and I missed it.

      Thanks Mike. Yes, I'm training for the Cherry Blossom Ten-miler, but using Galloway's half plan as a guide. I'm trying to convince myself to also do Harper's Ferry Half this May, but that's a very challenging race.
