      It's pretty amazing, but my conservative plan was to finish a or under 5:54. I was able to finish 2 minutes faster. My run pace and bike was right on the money and the swim was even faster. Looking back, I felt the worst during the swim's second half (started to get really cold). Congrats on your race as well.
