good CrossFit Ajax "Murph" Workout 01:20

CrossFit "Murph" workout today. Modified with boot on. 1 mile walk, 100 ring rows, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1 mile walk. Very slow, but made it. Will be able to run it instead of walk soon. The boot is really in the way now!!!!
