OK, friends....had a back injury 5 weeks ago from a CrossFit workout which was my lifting fault not CrossFit's. Since then, they diagnosed also a ruptured calf so I am now in a boot for 3-4 months. No running, cycling, swimming. I can do limited CrossFit which is great. You know...things are going to be ok! I will come back stronger and super ready to go!!!!
