Monday workout. Warm-up: 3x5 ring dips and 1 min wall sit with wall ball. Skill: Practice Muscle ups. WOD: 1 MU, 12 snatch, 1 MU, 55 burpees, 8 clean&jerk, 28 pull-ups, 63 back squats, 1 MU. Finish: 5x30 sec reverse superman w/wall ball, 4x30 sec wall ball sit-ups. Yep!
