Warm-up:4x10 wall ball, WOD: 300 single jump rope, 50 KB swings, 50 ring rows, 40 Burpee box overs, 10x100m sprint w/weighted vest, 30 air squats w/weighted vest, 20 push press w/weighted vest, 5x100m sled push w/weighted vest, 4 min Airdyne w/weighted vest. Yep!
