alright CrossFit Ajax Workout 01:00

OK, that was one frustrating CrossFit workout. Technique way off tonight. Arrrgggg! Just one of those days I guess. Warm-up: 3 rounds 10 box jump, 10 diamond push-ups, 5 kick-ups. Skill: OTMX 8 min- 4 squat clean thrusters, 4 ring dips. WOD: "Annie", 25-20-15-10-5 double unders, 50-40-30-20-10 sit-ups. "Karen" 150 wall balls. Yep! Tomorrow's workout will be a new day! Staying positive.
