Challenging CrossFit workout this afternoon. Whoa! Warm-up: 4x30 sec sit-up. Skill: OTMx6, 2 power snatch then 2 min ME Burpee. WOD: 3 rounds (as many as you can do of each), 1min ME Wall Ball slam, 1 min ME Wall Ball Lunge, 1min ME Wall Ball Pike. Scores recorded. Finish: 5x farmer carry, ring extensions. Yep!
