    After church hit the pool. Decided to see if I could get 1500 m straight in which I did. Definitely helps the confidence for tri season!

    Early church was cancelled so took the extra time to get a short run in. Roads were pretty slushy so had to take it very easy on the cul-de-sacs. Legs were also feeling yesterday's snowy 7.

    Nice chilly run around Dillon State Park this morning. Got there early and did 4 miles then met up with Bob, Bill, Jim and Ken for another 5. Fell pretty good despite the wind.

    Met Lisa D. again at the Rec Center for a swim. Started with 800m then did 200 m with pull buoy and finished with 500m. Need to make sure I make this a weekly occurrence to get ready for tri season!
