      This rocks. You made it a duathlon and pushed a stroller.
      We sold our double stroller last year and probably won't be using our single any more either but enjoy those outings. Good training and fun to boot.

    First time outside in the bike. Was pleased with my pace considering the hills but not real happy with the way I felt. A lot of work to do in the next month and a half!
