  1. RUN
    1 mi 00:07:37 07:36 pace

    Short run after the bike.

  2. VELO
    5.04 mi 00:16 18.4mph pace

Pre-tri brick on the country roads of Amherst. Tomorrows tri in vermillion will be tough from lack of training but as long as no flat tires I'll be happy.

  3. swim
    Dillon OWS 0.47 mi 00:18 38:17 pace

Hit Dillon Lake after work for a quick OWS in preparation for Sunday's tri. First swim since last tri and haven't biked outdoors since then so could be interesting.... Felt decent in the ... read more

  4. VELO
    8.5 mi 00:30 17.0mph pace

    Easy trainer ride.

  5. RUN
    1.4 mi 00:15:00 10:42 pace

    Post tri shuffle.

  6. RUN
    6.2 mi 01:00 09:37 pace

By the time I got out on the run my legs were shot and could feel the lack of training. It was a long tough run (and walking) for me but was happy to finish and still win the Clydesdale division!

    24.92 mi 01:21 18.5mph pace

Definitely haven't trained enough this summer partial due to time and partially due to several flags while training. So very pleased with this ride. There was one long hill that sucked! But o... read more

  8. swim
Alum Creek Tri 0.88 mi 00:33 37:45 pace

Not my best swim but I'm somewhat pleased with it. Luckily it was a pretty uneventful swim after the first 50 meters when I had to readjust my googles twice as water was getting in one side.

  9. RUN
    1 mi 00:07:27 07:27 pace

Short run after the bike. Don't feel trained enough for the Olympic distance so could be interesting tomorrow.

  10. VELO
    7.49 mi 00:24 18.7mph pace

A little pre-tri brick at alum creek. Second ride with my brother-in-laws disc wheel for the back and tri-spoke on the front. Could definitely tell a difference. Glad this ride didn't have a f... read more
