    Up way too early to get my weekend longer run in so I don't have to while camping. Thankfully it is a step back week so only had 12. Was also lucky to have a guy from work join me for all 12.

    Another early run. Did 2 mile warm up the 3 miles at 7:55 pace and .35 recovery. Then did 4 x 1:00 "sprints" with 1:00 recovery and just under a mile cool down to get to 7.5.
