Today I finally got a new bench press bar. It is a 7' 45 lb. bar with 255 lbs of weight. I have been stuck with a 115 lb novice bar for the last year.. First workout:

Goal: To gain upper body strength to give me better overall body conditioning in days that I don't run. Looking forward to running Bartram with Keith. Atleast, this is my goal.
